  My boyfriend and I fit all the criteria. We were not asking for handout. Just fell on hard times. We Brought all the documents not to mention a bucket of tears and nausea I had from being so sick over losing my home. Im so upset. They said that we didn't have enough paperwork and couldn't help. But I offered to get it but I ran out in tears and left my boyfriend inside. I worked so hard with what little I had to make a little home for us. And I though they could help.. Im so sad and scared.
