  I had high hopes for this company as Mike sounded like a great guy on the phone and the reviews online were all good. I'm not rating their work here as I couldn't even get them to my home for an estimate. Our first appt was a no call, no show. I called the office and received a call back stating Mike forgot my info at the office and couldn't call me to say he wasn't coming. He said he'd come out at 8 that evening instead. 8 came and went. No call, no show #2 and no response to my text. Next morning I receive a text and shortly thereafter a call saying he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that he was coming at 8 that morning. I had made clear I was not available that day and that was why he suggested coming the evening before. I had even said my kids would already be in bed and he'd have to measure those windows from outside which he said wouldn't be a problem. I therefore have a hard time accepting it was a misunderstanding between an evening and morning appt. None-the-less, due to the good reviews online I figured maybe it was just a hiccup in his customer service and allowed a 3rd appt to be set up. Well, no call, no show #3. If this is how potential customers are treated, I can only imagine what happens once a contract is signed. I am not one to leave online reviews but I simply can't let a company get away with having so little regard for someone's precious time. I would therefore be very cautious about hiring this company.
