  I have a B-day party for my 9 year old daughter , coming up every body i know recommended this place because its nice to Ice skate . i drove in person and talk to the staff about doing the party , of 15 kids and 10 adults i like the place , got the brochures with all the information , at the moment i was going to leave the deposit for Sunday, and the laddie told me ,just call tomorrow or come in person talk to Katy the laddie in charge, and don't worrie there is no parties or B-days for Sunday so its gonna be good, next day we gave all invitations to all parents and kids, my wife calls to make it happen, the laddie Katie was so Rude, unprofessional, she told me that it was booked solid and there is nothing she can do, that i fail to leave the deposit, and she is not gonna continue with the same conversation she had already talk to my wife about it, when i explained that's not what i was told and if they inform me wrong they should try to fix my problem she told me what ever was said to you was not correct but she wasn't gonna help either ,it is what its is , that's not how you talk to a customer, they drop the ball with lies, and now i have invitations everything done, and they don't care its sad that such a good place, its not what i was told ....
  very rude , very unprofessional, they don't care about the customer , all they want is just the money. if you gonna plan something make sure is done right because, they will leave you in the air ........

  Not a bad little spot to get away from the heat and cool off by ice skating on a full size hockey rink. Friendly staff, and very affordable.
