  My son’s experience in this place was abominable,
  After a long while I decided to write a review and warn other parent’s about the horrors of this daycare. I’m doing this simply because my child means the world to me and no other kid should be exposed to such negligence and abuse.
  My son was terrified of going into his class after a few days of starting this so called “Daycare”, and we began to ask ourselves why. Throughout the time he was enrolled we started discovering facts we did not like and they just kept escalating to the point where we pulled him out this horrendous place. Even though we talked to the manager and the teacher, things kept getting worse and worse.
  -My son was not fed properly, better said; my son was not fed at all at times! They completely lied to us and told me and his mother with a straight face that he ate his entire pre packed meal, yet every time we got home his lunchbox was untouched and so were the meals. After we talked to the staff repeatedly the said they “will try harder”, the next day when I went to pick him up the teacher had a spoon in her hand full of food trying to feed him. Meaning they did not feed him all day and when they saw me coming they desperately tried to make it seem as he was eating. His food was ice cold (they did not microwave it) and his bowl was full all the way. MY SON STARVED ALL DAY AND THEN YOU MADE IT SEEM LIKE YOU WERE FEEDING HIM WHEN I ARRIVED!
  - I found the teacher changing my sons diaper on the bathroom floor! After I asked her why in the world she was changing him ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR she couldn’t come up with anything to say. This happened in front of the so called director and she did not say a word either.
  -They would not change his diaper accordingly, you could tell he had the same diaper for hours and one time he had poop stuck to his butt skin due to the fact they left the diaper on for so long. UNACEPTABLE!
  -My son was accepted even though he wasn’t fully walking yet, and they were forcing him to sit outside in an isolated area while the other kids played outside! His mother came back one time after she dropped him off and found him crying his heart out, on a chair, on the side of the playground all by himself as if he was on some sort of barbaric time out. How traumatizing is that for a 1 year old baby?????
  - They had buckets of dirty mop water around at all times, even when there is a sign on the bucket which states the risks of leaving a bucket full of water around kids.
  -More than one time I saw teachers scream and pull children around, UNACEPTABLE!
  - The place is simply not safe for toddlers; you can tell they never sanitize any of the toys or do any deep cleaning of the classrooms.
  -they had over 12 children in one class, which is under Florida’s guideline but not acceptable if you want your baby to be well taken care of.
  -Management was very untruthful about his care. You cannot trust them.
  - all other children were always walking around with dirty diapers, runny noses and not being properly looked after!.
  On a personal observation:
  All other children in his class were almost “Too Calm”, almost hypnotized. You never find a classroom full of 1 year olds sitting still looking at the air. NEVER. It did cross my mind that they might be adding a sedative to their diets.
  Don’t let them fool you by their fake smiles and lies; the staff is absolutely not capacitated to take care of infants. I do not understand how this place was granted a license to operate, a complaint with the licensing agency will follow.
  DO NOT TRUST THIS DAYCARE WITH YOUR CHILD! There is a reason why they do not wat to put up cameras. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
