  I found this wonderful service on the web when I Googled "how to clean silk from pet pee" not knowing what I would find. The company PetPeePee came up and I watched the Utube videos of Meir and his processes.
  I happened to be close to Pompano Beach Florida on a trip I recently took from North Carolina and decided to stop in and see Meir in person with my pee ridden silk and feather Christmas tree skirt. Since he cleans expensive custom silk drapes and oriental rugs, I figured I would give this a try. He doesn't usually do small pieces like this but since he never did silk with feathers he wanted to try it. I wasn't sure if it was dog pee or cat pee since both my daughters were home at Christmas with one of each. Meir took one whiff and said ..."it's cat pee".
  This guy is a MIRACLE WORKER. He is a GENIUS. He developed a system that is truly hard to believe that restores your silk and other fragile items to new. While I was there, he cleaned my silk piece right in front of me. He shipped the piece to me after drying and it is absolutely PERFECT.
  You can trust this man with your most precious rugs, drapes, and furniture. I just wish he lived closer to NC. I will be taking or sending my oriental rugs to him next when they need it.
