  All staff very helpful and friendly. Place is clean. Information was clear. Everything was fast and trouble free and the staff was professional. The price was very good.
  
  6 month later my rate went up over 20% without any reason or notice and not told in the beginning that rates would go up that much in six month!!!!
  
  Very upset with Public Storage, and when you call customer service, they talk to you as if you were stupid, OH WE UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS BUT DONT DO ANYTHING.

  The facility is very clean, air conditioned, secure and safe. It is annoying to have to use a code at every door, but I understand and appreciate the security it provides. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I found Lilly to be very helpful. Definitely would recommend this storage to others. I gave it four stars instead of five due to the increase in cost after six months of usage. I think the cost should remain in effect for at lease a year.
