  I contracted with Qualmann 2 years ago to wrap my dock piles. Last month one of the piles rotted away below the wrapping and Qualmann is unwilling to take any responsibility for not wrapping the pile far enough down. They are the experts and should have known to wrap the pile down far enough to protect it from the environment. I'm disappointed that Qualmann is unwilling to stand behind their work and I recommend not using them for any dock work or installations.
