  I've been a member of Out of the Box CrossFit & Yoga for over a year. The quality of instructors and training is awesome. The training and programming is the best I have found out of any boxes in the area. The gym is cleanest anywhere and the equipment is quality and well maintained. I travel around the country and I am always eager to get back to my box, some are bigger, but the programming is the best I have found and it has helped me get stronger than ever. The people are awesome and it is a very diverse membership, ranging in age from 16 to 74, and all abilities. Everyone is equally given the personal attention of the coaches. In addition to awesome crossfit training they have an amazing Yoga studio with a superb instructor in Hatha, a perfect addition to gaining and maintaining flexability. Come check it out and meet the owner, she is totally dedicated to your fitness.
