  My experience with fastway is being absolutely terrible. Sent 6 boxes of donations to an orphanage in Brazil with toys and clothing. The boxes were sent back in May and we are in November and the boxes hasn’t arrived yet. Everytime, they have a different excuse of why it hasn’t being delivered. They never call you back or give you any satisfaction, very inconsiderate. The sales person Marcelo went to my house immediately to collect the Check payment, but now, never ever ever responds to my call. The attendant Patricia Just covers up for them.
