  Took over a month to get a door ordered, pricing was all over the place, took 3 or 4 trips from us to them in order for them to get the door order, way over priced and added on another $262 for shipping when we were told around $100 when we ordered, we bought a similar door a few years ago and altogether it was around $700, now we're paying about $1200. Had to wait a while for pick up also, it seems that if they know you here they'll do stuff but when they don't know you, you have to stand around for a while watch them help others first. Instead of loading me up they having fun hanging out and also loading and unloading their own vans. Way to make customers feel important, it seems that the little customers don't really matter here.
