  Lots of good beer in and around Miami, but Odd Breed stands out because of its focus on wild fermentation and aging in oak. The results are some interesting tart and bright sours. Really personalized service by the small team as well. Nice to see such focus on this niche. Worth the trip up from Miami for sure.
