  My friend was moving in by the end of June 2017, his medical condition never changed but at the day he was supposed to move in he needed to go to the emergency room. Once we was discharged from the hospital, we were told that he can't stay at the Preserve because of his medical condition!! We already moved in furniture and we had to pay again to move the furniture out, my friend didn't stay not even one night at this place and they have not yet returned our money $5,700! 6 months later...
  I have left voice messages to the business office manager and the general manager, nobody called me back. I had to go and talk to the business manager twice and I always get excuses that the check won't come from their office. We also experienced other issues that were resolved when moving in the furniture, but I would not recommend this place at all.
